Dr. Mohindra, a dedicated Principal Investigator with over five years of clinical research experience, has played a pivotal role in advancing medical breakthroughs. Having led dozens of clinical trials across various therapeutic areas, Dr. Mohindra is committed to patient safety, data integrity, and regulatory compliance. Under his leadership, the site has consistently demonstrated high enrollment rates, even ranking as one of the top-enrolling sites in a major trial. With a strong focus on efficiency and excellence, Dr. Mohindra continues to drive impactful research that shapes the future of healthcare.
DARIAN TROJACEK, MSc
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT & OPERATIONS
Darian started her career in research over 7 years ago at the University of Texas at Arlington. She spearheaded several novel projects in cardiovascular imaging, resulting in multiple successful publications. From here, she transitioned her efforts to sponsor-initiated clinical trials at a clinical research site. Darian developed her skills at the site-level for the next several years, from sourcing new trials through new sponsor relationships to feasibilities, regulatory maintenance, contracting, and budget negotiations. Darian desires to continue growing clinical research sites as a trusted partner through strategic partnerships, efficient processes, and out-of-the-box solutions.
NAMRATA DALAL, MSc, BDS
CLINICAL RESEARCH COORDINATOR
Namrata serves as the Clinical Research Coordinator at Prescott Valley Research, where she manages clinical trial operations from feasibility through close-out with a strong focus on patient safety, data integrity, and regulatory compliance. She plays a central role in patient screening and enrollment, informed consent, regulatory documentation, data management, and sponsor communication. Namrata holds a Master’s degree in Pharmaceutical Economics & Policy from the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences and a Bachelor of Dental Surgery. Before joining PVR, she coordinated multi-site clinical trials at Harvard School of Dental Medicine and led systematic reviews and meta-analyses to evaluate clinical and health outcomes. With a background that combines hands-on clinical experience and analytical research expertise, Namrata is dedicated to advancing high-quality, patient-centered research and contributing to studies that improve healthcare outcomes.
