Having led dozens of clinical trials across various therapeutic areas, Dr. Mohindra is committed to patient safety, data integrity, and regulatory compliance. Under his leadership, the site has consistently demonstrated high enrollment rates, even ranking as one of the top-enrolling sites in a major trial. With a strong focus on efficiency and excellence, Dr. Mohindra continues to drive impactful research that shapes the future of healthcare.
DARIAN TROJACEK, MSc
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT & OPERATIONS
Darian started her career in research over 7 years ago at the University of Texas at Arlington. She spearheaded several novel projects in cardiovascular imaging, resulting in multiple successful publications. From here, she transitioned her efforts to sponsor-initiated clinical trials at a clinical research site. Darian developed her skills at the site-level for the next several years, from sourcing new trials through new sponsor relationships to feasibilities, regulatory maintenance, contracting, and budget negotiations. Darian desires to continue growing clinical research sites as a trusted partner through strategic partnerships, efficient processes, and out-of-the-box solutions.
SHIVA DHATRI
CLINICAL RESEARCH COORDINATOR
Shiva joins our team as a Clinical Research Coordinator, bringing a strong medical background and hands-on clinical experience as a medical assistant and scribe. With a deep understanding of patient care, medical documentation, and clinical workflows, Shiva excels in ensuring protocol adherence, data accuracy, and seamless trial operations. Her attention to detail, organizational skills, and patient-focused approach make her a valuable asset in advancing high-quality clinical research.
